For South African businesses on Microsoft 365
You already pay for Power Platform. We put it to work.
Most Microsoft 365 plans include Power Apps and Power Automate, and in many businesses they sit unused. AutoLeap AI finds the manual work that costs your team the most time, then builds the app, flow or report that removes it, at a fixed scope and a fixed price.
The call is free. You leave with a shortlist of what is worth automating in your business.

Monthly retainer
The audit
Know what to automate before you spend on building it
The audit takes two weeks and is a paid piece of work with its own deliverable. You can take the report to any developer, including your own team.
We review
- The processes your teams repeat every day, week and month
- Your Microsoft 365 licences and what they already include
- Where your data lives and who is allowed to see it
- The apps, flows and spreadsheets staff have already built
You receive
- A findings report written for the people who run the business
- A ranked list of fixes, with the time each one saves
- A fixed price and scope for the first sprint
- Any extra Microsoft licences a fix would need, and their cost
Pricing
A fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed in writing first
Where a price falls in each range depends on how many processes and systems are involved. Microsoft licence costs are separate, and the audit sets them out before you commit to a build.

Questions
Before you book a call
Do we need to buy new licences?
Often you do not. Most Microsoft 365 plans include Power Apps and Power Automate with standard connectors. Some builds need premium licences, for example when data sits in Dataverse or in a system outside Microsoft 365. The audit tells you which builds those are before you commit.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything is built inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, under your accounts, and handed over with documentation.
We already have an IT provider. Does this replace them?
No. Your IT provider keeps running your network, devices and Microsoft 365 administration. We build the apps, flows and reports on top of that, and agree access with them at the start.
What if Power Platform is the wrong tool?
Then the audit says so. Some processes are better fixed with a setting change, a product you already own or no software at all, and the findings report will recommend that.
